Terms of use for our automotive agent service.
1. Purpose
AutoConverse provides an automotive agent service for private individuals residing in French-speaking Switzerland who wish to sell their vehicle.
2. Exclusive mandate
The mandate is concluded for a 3-month period, renewable by written agreement. During this period, the client commits to entrusting the sale exclusively to AutoConverse.
3. Commission
Our commission is 7% of the final sale price, payable only upon sale. No fee is due upfront.
4. AutoConverse obligations
Valuation, marketing, contact handling, negotiation, administrative support, secure payment.
5. Client obligations
Provide accurate information about the vehicle, make required documents available, guarantee no pledge or dispute.
6. Termination
Outside mutual agreement, the mandate may be terminated by registered letter with 30 days' notice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction: Geneva.
