AutoConverse SA, based in Bellevue (Geneva, Switzerland), is the data controller within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FDPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the data you provide through our forms (valuation, contact, information request): name, email, phone, vehicle information, submitted photos and documents.
3. Purposes
Your data is used to respond to your requests, provide a valuation, manage the sale of your vehicle and keep you informed of progress.
4. Retention
Your data is retained for as long as required to fulfil the purpose, and for at least 10 years for accounting data in compliance with Swiss law.
5. Your rights
